We called Platt's just 60 minutes before we wanted to eat. When I walked in to pick up our order, my jaw practically hit the floor. We had ordered the "Full Pan," and it must have weighed a solid 15 pounds! It was filled to the absolute brim with the most beautiful, steaming spread of sausage, shrimp, clams, potatoes, corn, and crab legs.

One-Stop Convenience: The folks at the seafood mart are incredibly sweet and helpful. They offer true Southern hospitality! I realized I didn't have enough crab crackers for the group, and I was able to grab a couple right there at the register.
The "Must-Have" Sauce: Do yourself a massive favor and do not leave without their homemade cocktail sauce. It elevates the whole meal!
The Ultimate Parent Hack: (Almost) Zero Cleanup
As a host and a mom, the absolute best part of this meal wasn't just the flavor. It was the stress-free cleanup. Serving a seafood boil means the cleanup is an absolute breeze. All we had to wash were the plates! Plus, because the boiling was done at Platt's, we didn't have that lingering seafood smell in the condo's kitchen the next morning.
Leftovers That Go the Extra Mile
We had about a quarter of the pan left over, which led to a brilliant beach-day hack. The next morning, we put the leftovers in a baking dish, added a tiny splash of water, and heated it up in the oven. We packed it in our cooler and enjoyed a gourmet seafood lunch right on the sand!
We actually loved this meal so much that we ordered it again just two nights later! This time, we customized it. We asked to swap the corn for extra sausage, and we added six extra clusters of crab legs to the tray (you just pay the market price for the extra crab, and they kindly steam it right in with your boil).
Having those extra leftovers the second time around allowed us to whip up some incredible crab, clam, and sausage omelettes the next morning.
